World renowned choreographer and fitness expert Supple descended on Central
London, Thursday 7th January in a bid to get sluggish commuters fit by
demonstrating some energetic moves from his new fitness DVD Cream Ibiza Dance
Workout priced £19.99. Supple and his team brought the Ibiza sunshine to the
grey and gloomy London streets.
The Cream Ibiza Dance Workout
combines up to date, modern anaerobic and aerobic, muscular and cardiac work out
techniques with a pumping soundtrack.

Hundreds of shoppers at the Westfield shopping centre in London got an early
Christmas present this morning when dance phenomena Diversity, supported by 120
dancers, performed an impromptu 90 second dance routine to a medley of tracks
including music by Michael Jackson and The Black Eyed Peas in the shopping malls
Atrium.
Diversity leader and Got To Dance judge, Ashley Banjo,
said: "We have done a lot of performances recently, but this was by far one of
the most exciting because the crowd werent expecting it. I have warned the boys,
that there are so many talented dancers in Got To Dance we had better watch our
backs.
